Sizzling Italian Slider Bites

Ingredients (makes ~12 sliders):
● 1 package of Hawaiian-style slider rolls
● ~6 oz thinly sliced deli ham
● ~5 oz salami
● ~5 oz pepperoni
● 6–9 slices provolone cheese
● ⅓ cup sliced banana peppers (or pepperoncini)
● ⅓ cup sliced hot cherry peppers (use jalapeños if you prefer less heat)
● ¼ cup salted butter, melted
● 1 tsp Italian seasoning
● 2 garlic cloves, crushed
Optional:
● Marinara sauce or sub dressing for dipping

Step-by-Step Instructions:
1.Preheat your oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Slice the pack of rolls in half horizontally, keeping them in one connected slab. Place the bottom layer in a 9×13″ baking dish. Layer on ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone. Then scatter banana peppers and hot cherry peppers over the cheese
2. Place the top roll slab back on. In a small bowl, whisk melted butter with Italian seasoning and crushed garlic. Generously brush this buttery herb mix over the tops of the sliders
3. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes, until the cheese is gooey and the fillings are heated through. For a golden brown finish, remove foil in the last 5 minutes
4. Let the sliders rest for a couple minutes, then slice between the rolls. Servewarm—offer marinara or Italian dip for dunking.
