Firecracker Buffalo Sliders

Ingredients:
● 9 slider buns (brioche or Hawaiian style work great)
● 1½ cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie or homemade)
● ½ cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust heat to taste)
● 2 tbsp ranch dressing (or blue cheese if preferred)
● ½ tsp salt
● ¼ tsp black pepper
● ½ tsp garlic powder
● ¼ tsp smoked paprika (adds a subtle smoky depth)
● 1 cup shredded cheese (Monterey Jack, mozzarella, or your favorite melting cheese)
For the topping:
● 2 tbsp melted butter
● ½ tsp garlic powder
● ¼ tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme blend)

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2. In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
3. Arrange the bottom halves of the buns in your baking dish. Evenly spread the buffalo chicken mixture over the buns. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously on top, then place the top halves of the buns
over everything.
4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian herbs. Brush this mixture evenly over the tops of the slider buns to give a flavorful, golden finish.
5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until the buns are golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Slice into individual sliders and serve immediately for the best flavor and melty goodness
