Autumn Harvest Cranberry Salsa

Ingredients:
● 12 oz fresh cranberries
● ¾ cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
● 1 jalapeño, seeded and roughly chopped (leave seeds in for extra heat)
● ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
● 4 green onions, chopped
● 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
● Pinch of salt
● 2 blocks (8 oz each) cream cheese, chilled

Instructions:
1. In a food processor, combine cranberries, sugar, jalapeño, cilantro, green onions, lime juice, and salt. Pulse until you reach your preferred salsa texture — smooth or slightly
chunky.
2. Transfer the salsa to a bowl, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight. This allows the flavors to meld and the cranberries to soften.
3. When ready to serve, spread or pour the cranberry salsa over chilled cream cheese blocks. Serve with your favorite crackers, pita chips, or crisp bread.
