Grilled Jalapeño Popper-Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

Our Family® Canola Oil No Stick Cooking Spray 

1/4 cup Our Family® Plain Panko Bread Crumbs 

1 tablespoon Our Family® Unsalted Butter, melted 

24 large white button mushrooms, stems removed and finely chopped  

4 garlic cloves, minced 

1 large jalapeño pepper, halved lengthwise, seeded and finely chopped 

1/2 cup cream cheese spread 

1/2 cup Our Family® Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese  

1/2 cup sour cream 

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 

1/4 teaspoon Our Family® Salt 

1/4 teaspoon Our Family® Pure Ground Black Pepper 

1/4 cup real bacon bits 

Directions

    1. Prepare outdoor grill for direct grilling over medium heat; line rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Insmallbowl, stir bread crumbs and butter. Makes about 1/4 cup bread crumb mixture. 
    1. In large bowl, stir mushroom stems, garlic, jalapeño, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, lime juice,saltand pepper. Makes about 2 1/4 cups garlic mixture.  
    1. Place mushroomson preparedpan and fill with garlic mixture; sprinkle with bread crumb mixture and bacon. Place pan on hot grill rack; cover and cook 10 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and filling is heated through. Makes 24 stuffed mushrooms.
