Layered Mediterranean Dip

Ingredients:

● 1 container (8 oz) hummus (any flavor — roasted red pepper or classic)
● 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
● 1 cucumber, diced
● ½ cup Kalamata olives, sliced
● ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
● ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
● 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or dill
● Optional: a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon
To serve:
● Pita chips, sliced pita bread, or veggie sticks

Instructions:
1. Spread hummus evenly across the bottom of a shallow serving dish or platter.
2. Evenly scatter the tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, red onion, and feta over the hummus.
3. Sprinkle with chopped herbs, and if desired, drizzle with olive oil and a touch of lemon juice for added brightness.
4. Serve with pita chips or fresh-cut vegetables.
