Fluffy Fruit Dip

Ingredients:

1/3 c. apricot preserves or orange marmalade
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
2-3 Tbsp. milk
assorted fruit dippers
assorted Wisconsin cheeses, cut up

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine preserves or marmalade, sour cream, and walnuts. Add enough milk to make a dipping consistency. Cover; chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hr. to allow flavors to blend. Serve with fruits and cheeses.
